Requests for adjustments must be made within 7 days of your initial service. As a result of our guarantee, refunds are unable to be processed. Please, allow our extremely talented providers to adjust your results at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours advance notice of appointment cancellations or changes is required to avoid services billed in full. Clients will be required to place a full, non-refundable deposit on all appointments made after 2 cancellations/adjustments with less than 48 hours notice. Missed appointments without notice will require payment in full prior to making any future appointments.
